Grand Line Binder does not collect, store, or share any personal information. Your card collection and all app data stays on your device only.
Grand Line Binder is a One Piece Trading Card Game collection tracker. It lets you browse cards, track your collection, build decks, manage a wishlist, and view competitive meta data. No account or login is required to use any feature.
All data the app saves is stored locally on your device and never uploaded anywhere:
This data never leaves your device unless you manually use the Export Backup feature, which saves a file to your device's storage for your own use.
The app requests camera permission solely to scan One Piece TCG cards using optical character recognition (OCR). Photos taken during scanning are sent to OCR.space (a third-party OCR service) for text recognition and are not stored or used for any other purpose.
Camera access is only active when you open the scanner. You can decline camera permission and still use all other features of the app.
The app connects to the internet only to fetch publicly available data:
None of these requests include any personal information or device identifiers.
If you use the in-app feedback form, a randomly generated device ID (not linked to your identity), your app version, and your message are sent to the developer. No name, email address, or personal information is collected.
Grand Line Binder displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve relevant ads, including your device's advertising identifier. We request non-personalised ads where possible.

Grand Line Binder does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. The app does not require registration and collects no personal information from any user.
